Savonia user account
1. Username and Password.
Use your Savonia Email and Campus Password to sign in. the Domain part of the username must be in the form @savonia.fi or @edu.savonia.fi.
2. Browser cache.
Try logging into Moodle with another browser or clear your browser cache
3. private browsing mode.
Try logging into Moodle in private browsing mode, find it:

File - New Private Window (Safari and Opera)
4. Firewall.
If you have a firewall application (for example, Avast), disable it for sign-in or make a rule that adfs.savonia.fi permits the firewall.

Select your organization from the list and sign in with your organizations IDs to the service. If your account does not work, contact your organizations service provider.
Haka is the most used system of user authentication for universities and research institutes in Finland. Haka is based on the trust network. Haka network members,
researchers, students and staff can use their home organizations user accounts when logging in to many different services.
Personal data of the users can also be safely transferred to the services when logging in.
